Access Account
For access to your account, click on the "CASHIER" button in the upper navigation bar after you have logged in with your username and password. This will take you to the Cashier page. Choose the option to Log In to Cashier. At this point you may be prompted to enter your username and password. After you have entered your username and password, click the "Submit" button and you will enter the account area. Below is a reference of all the options available.

Deposit

• Problems using the online deposit system? You can deposit by calling us Toll Free at 1-888-672-2863.

1. Click on the "Purchase" option.

2. The next step is to determine the payment type you wish to use. You will see a list of multiple ways to deposit funds into your account. Click on your preferred method of payment and click on the "Choose Payment Type" button.

3. This will take you into the actual deposit area. Fill out the required fields with your relevant information and click on the "Deposit Money" button.

4. In the process of depositing, you will be purchasing V-Chips (our online equivalent to the clay chips in Las Vegas) in order to place wagers.

* Deposits by credit card happen immediately and you are able to wager within a few minutes. There is a limit of 5 deposits per day with a $1,000 24-hour limit and a $6,000 monthly limit. If you wish to increase your monthly limit please contact our Customer Service Toll Free at 1-888-672-2863 or simply fax back this limit increase request form.

Important:
Unless you currently have an account open with an active credit card, then all money sent via Wire Transfer, personal cheque, money order, etc. must be accompanied with a photocopy of a valid form of identification. This could include a driver's license, passport, etc. but must contain a picture of the account holder.

Note on credit cards:
Any given credit card can only be used on one account. There is a limit of 5 different credit cards which can be used on any one account. All of our sites use address verification, so please ensure that you are using the same zip code as the address that your credit card was issued to. If you recieve a decline message, DO NOT try your card again as funds will be held by your bank unnecessarily. Contact our customer service department toll free at 1-888-672-2863 and they will assist you.

Withdrawing Money
When withdrawing from your Cashier account back to your credit card, you may withdraw up to the amount that you have deposited via credit card in the lifetime of your accounts with Cashier. However, when you have withdrawn up to this amount, any remaining funds must be withdrawn via cheque. There is a $10 minimum per withdrawal. The amount withdrawn to the credit card should appear within 3-5 days. The cheque should appear within 2-4 weeks.

To withdraw funds from your Cashier account, you must have the PIN number which is emailed to you immediately after you set up your GoSportsBet.com account.

1. Select "CASHIER" from the navigation bar in the members area.

2. Login with your username and password and select "Withdraw."

3. You will then be asked to choose a payment method. Once you have done this, please enter your PIN number and the amount you would like to withdraw. If you have forgotten your PIN number please call Customer Support at: Toll Free Phone #: 1-888-672-2863

4. You may then hit "Withdraw Money", and your withdraw will be processed.

Note: There is a $10 minimum for each withdrawal unless you are closing your account.

Account Information - Keeping Info Up to Date
Make sure that your information on file with us is current. Checks mailed to the wrong address will cause delays while we issue a stop payment and ensure the check has not been cashed. If you have used FirePay, ensure the email address on file with us matches the email address on file with FirePay.
