We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all withdrawals are processed with 48 hours.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.00.

All payments are made by check.

Fees for your FIRST payment request each calendar month are as follows:

• Withdrawal requests for amounts under $100.00 are sent via Mail for $15.00
• Withdrawal requests for amounts over $100.00 are sent via Mail for FREE.
• Withdrawal requests for amounts over $1,000.00 are sent via FedEx for FREE*

Fees for subsequent withdrawal requests each calendar month:

• Via Mail: $15.00
• Via FedEx: $30.00

All withdrawal requests for amounts over $5,000.00 are sent via FedEx for FREE.

*All withdrawal requests for amounts over $1,000.00 are sent by Fedex unless the address is a P.O. Box or Rural Route.

A cashier check takes about five to seven business days to be processed and delivered. If your check has not arrived within 12 business days, please give us a call at 1-877-543-0099 or email us.

All withdrawals via check can be redeemed at any bank or financial institution.

Please note: On any withdrawal, we will first attempt to credit back to your card any funds that you have recently charged to that card. The rest of your winnings will be sent via cashier's check.

For example, if you deposited $200 via credit card, your current balance is $500, and you wish to withdraw $500 dollars; $200 will be credited to your card and the remaining $300 will be sent via cashier's check.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw any funds from your account. It is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account. This number was sent to you via email when you signed up. Have you misplaced your pin? No problem -- contact us and we can send it to you again.
