Wire Information
Bank wires are a very popular method of withdrawal and deposit, but incorrect or incomplete wire information will cause delays. Double check your information before sending to us. Our bank will not process a wire with incomplete information. If a wire goes out with the wrong information the delay to trace the wire and recover the funds can be lengthy.
Keeping Info Up to Date
Make sure that your information on file with us is current. Checks mailed to the wrong address will cause delays while we issue a stop payment and ensure the check has not been cashed.

New Withdrawal Policy
There are no more Fedex and bank wire fees charged, regardless of the amount of the withdrawal. Your first four withdrawals are free of charge each calendar month, regardless of how the withdrawal is sent. However, if you request 5 or more withdrawals in a calendar month, each withdrawal after the fourth will be charged a flat $30 processing fee.

Bank wires, cashier's checks, etc. cannot be processed on the weekends due to the limitations of banking hours. Payouts that do not make the cutoff for Friday payment are paid out on Monday.
