Deposit Policies |
- All online deposits are processed using 128bit SSL encryption or better.
- Promotional credits and bonuses are not applied to certain deposit methods. Please check if the deposit method you will be using is eligible for a bonus before sending.
- Deposit methods will require that the same method is used for withdrawal up to the amount deposited. Except for Visa/Mastercard, withdrawals will not be deposited back to the credit card. You may request for a check or wire transfer to your bank account.
- Transfer charges will not be picked up on incoming deposits if a withdrawal has been made within the previous 48 hours. (If an account is shown to be making excessive deposits and withdrawals over short periods of time, reimbursement of transfer charges for the account will be discontinued)
- Bet Horizon may limit incoming amounts with certain deposit methods.
- Any charge back, non-sufficient funds, or otherwise non-valid deposit will lead to the immediate forfeiture of any winnings generated subsequent to said deposit.
- Sportsbook transfers are accepted on a limited basis from certain establishments. Minimum transfer amount is $500 USD. You may be required to wait until funds have cleared from the sending establishment before the money is available in your account.
- Sender's account information must match the receiver's account information for all deposit methods. No third party payments are accepted.

All customers are entitled to one free withdrawal per calendar month via Federal
Express or Bank Wire. Additional withdrawals in the same month are subject to a standard processing fee of $75. Withdrawals are also available by Western Union, but this method does not qualify for a free transaction. The customer is always liable for any Western Union transfer fees, regardless of the amount withdrawn. Withdrawal requests are normally processed on the day they are received, if the request is made before 12:00 noon ET on weekdays only. To request a withdrawal, call Customer Service at800-501-9024. The length of time it takes for you to receive the withdrawal may vary, depending on the method and day of the week. Please ask our Representative for an approximate time frame you should allow between the time of the request and the time of receipt by the customer.

Withdrawal Policies |
- All new accounts must wait at least seven (7) business days after the first deposit before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests are allowed one per day, Monday to Friday, effective January 1st, 2009.
- If making credit card deposits, these deposit amounts may be refunded at management's discretion before using any other withdrawal method.
- Most deposit methods require that the same method is used for withdrawal at least up to the amount deposited.
- Additional documentation may be required (ie. photo identification, copy of bill, credit card authorization form etc.) before a withdrawal is processed.
- If your account has received a promotional credit/bonus, please review and understand all promotional rules listed in our rulebook before making your withdrawal request.
- If entire deposit amount(s) are not placed on wagers at least once, any transfer charges associated with the deposit amount(s) will be deducted from the account prior to the withdrawal [minimum five percent (5%)]. Other restrictions may apply.
