Rules and Regulations
All rules, regulations, and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management of Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. without prior notice.
Customers of Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. are eligible to receive free bonuses from time to time, including a free bonus when signing up and for referrals. Said free bonuses, as to it's amount and issuance, shall be subject to the discretion of Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd., and shall be non-transferable and non-refundable. Bonus is only valid if customers have fulfilled the following (These rules supersede the 'Available to Withdrawal' amount in the cashier.): Sportsbook betting activity totaling at least 3 times the amount of the deposit plus the bonus. [For example, if one deposits $500, they must simply make wagers totaling $1650 before they can withdraw the $50 bonus.] Casino betting activity totaling at least 4 times the amount of the deposit plus the bonus. [For example, if one deposits $500, they must simply make casino plays totaling $2200 before they can withdraw the $50 bonus.] Select Casino games as listed in the casino rules do not apply towards rollover requirements. If a customer requests a payment of any amount before they have had fulfilled the wagering requirement all bonuses and winnings from wagering the bonus funds will not be valid. Reload bonuses are intended for new money. Requesting a withdrawal to redeposit with little or no activity between the withdrawal and deposit does not earn a bonus. Invalid or unearned bonuses and winnings may be deducted at anytime.
Taxes
Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. will not disclose details of individual's net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual, and if you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable you must keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.
Details
Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims. Claims or disputes must be settled prior to making any further wagers and within THREE days from the date of the wager. All phone calls to Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. will be recorded on tape. All Internet transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, in the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. will be final and binding in all matters.
Agreement
The agreement between Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. and the user may be terminated by the customer at the customer's request. Or if deemed necessary Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the user and Internet chance Entertainment Ltd
Withdrawing Funds
We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all withdrawals are processed within 48 hours. There are four different methods of payment you can choose from, Check, Fedex, Firepay or Bank Wire Please note: On any withdrawal, GoSportsBet.com will first credit back to your card any funds that you have recently charged to that card. The rest of your winnings will be sent using the method of your choice. For example, if you deposited $200 via credit card, your current balance is $500, and you wish to withdraw $500 dollars; $200 will be credited to your card and the remaining $300 will be sent via the method you choose. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw any funds from GoSportsBet.com. It is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account. This number was sent to you via email when you signed up. Before you request a withdrawal, please make sure your address is correct, current and up to date. There is a maximum of 2 withdrawals per day
Password
You are solely responsible for the security of your Personal Identification Number (PIN), and your password. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password you shall contact Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. immediately and change your password. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have it's password or username, the customer may at anytime ask that Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. furnish the customer with a new password and username.
When choosing a password, Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. recommends you follows these guidelines:
Do not use all lower case letters,
Do use numbers and or symbols,
Do use a mix of upper and lower case letters.

Confidentiality
Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. shall undertake to maintain your anonymity unless you agree to your identity being used for future publicity or other purposes.
Liability of Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd.
- The decisions of Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. management will be final and binding in all matters between Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. and users.
- Laws regarding gaming vary throughout the world, Internet Casino gambling may be unlawful in some jurisdictions, including California; and it is the responsibility of users to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country. All customers of the Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. games must be at least 18 years of age.
- Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. does not undertake to notify users that they have outstanding balances to collect. If an account is inactive for longer than 12 months, the user will forfeit the outstanding balance.
- Any wager made by the customer will be Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd.'s liability in respect to any claim or loss.
- Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. shall reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any game at its' absolute discretion.
- All personal details of all users will be held in confidence unless users agree to their identities and details being used for future publicity purposes.
- Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. reserves the right to at any time, request documentation from a customer before releasing a withdrawal or for general auditing or identification purposes.
- In the event of the cancellation of any game for any reason, Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. will not be liable.
- Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. will not be liable in the following scenarios:
in the event of force majeure
the failure of Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd.'s central computer system or any part thereof
for delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other
data transmission system
for any loss as a result of any act of God
for an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism
for the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent)
for fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind
- Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. and the player shall not commit or purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these rules
- Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet
- These Rules constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. and the user. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version will be deemed to be correct.
- The maximum dollar amount that may be won by an individual customer on a weekly basis is US$100,000.00. See below for Progressives and Large Parlays.
- In the event that $50,000 or more of the weekly winnings is the result of a winning 10,11 or 12 Team Parlay, then the weekly maximum winnings is raised to $200,000.
- In the event of a customer winning in excess of $50,000 on a progressive jackpot in any of the casino games where it is offered, customer agrees to have their picture taken while receiving a check from one of our representatives and gives Internet chance WorldGaming. Ltd. the exclusive right to use the photo material at it's own discretion. The weekly limit on winnings of $100,000 does not apply to progressive jackpot winnings.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
- Please Note: Initial signup bonuses are not cumulative. Eg: We have a normal 10% signup bonus, and a 10% bank wire bonus on all bank wire deposits. This is not cumulative to be a 20% total bonus.
